Just remove the straw dishwasher safe. This cap is compatible with the older eddy plastic bottles. The old eddy cap has a stiff plastic hole for the straw. This item comes with a full cap assembly including big bite valve and straw.

These are soft rubber so the straw can go deeper in the new cap. There is a cutting guide in the pack but eddy is not featured so i cut the new straw the same length as the old one.
